In this section you will learn patterns and systems used by top performers. You will learn how to optimally use your time and energy to focus your training and push yourself to grow. The content covered in this section covers the psychological practices for top level achievement.

 
 

 

Reflection

In this section you will learn the art of reflection and how to train yourself to see more clearly those things you need to change to get out of your own way. You will learn how to daily and weekly reflect on your actions to achieve your performance goals.

 
 
 

The concepts in this course are deep and take time to fully implement. Return as often as you need to revisit and work on them.
